Breakfast Sunday V & herbed cottage cheese

Can you believe it? It's February already.

Pretty fast isn't it? I still feel like 2012 was just yesterday. Where has January gone? There's only 11 months left for this year. There's only 2 months left till National School Judo Championships and I'll admit that I've wasted January. 

Still, let's take some time to forget what we've done wrong, or forgotten to do, and think about what has gone well this past month.

The sky isn't always clear, but it can't stay cloudy forever. One day, the sun will shine. One night, you'll see the moon and the stars.

It's a new month, and it can be a new start (especially for those who haven't done anything about those new year resolutions haha). Forget what's gone wrong and start working on what you can make right!

This week's breakfasts were full of excitement and a new step in photography at the start of February =D

28th January 2013: Spinach and mozzarella egg muffins

29th January 2013: Yoghurt and blackberry popsicle

30th January 2013: Polenta with pomegranate and passionfruit

I've never had polenta before this, believe it or not.

31st January 2013: Black glutinous rice with sliced beef

1st Febuary 2013: Rosemary spinach smoothie

I must have been crazy to start February off with this kind of breakfast.

2nd February 2013: Herbed cottage cheese

1 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp fresh rosemary

Blend till smooth and serve.

3rd February 2013: Open-faced egg and apple sandwich


  1. Hi may i know where can i buy cottage cheese in singapore?

    1. I normally get it from cold storage, but i think other supermarkets would have it too. It'll be next to where you get cream cheese or yoghurt.
